Nurse; RN or LPN, Stonybrook Stabilization and Treatment Center

The Hampden County Sheriff's Office is seeking enthusiastic, highly qualified candidates for a full-time Nurse position to join our Health Services team at all sites, with a concentration at the Stonybrook Stabilization and Treatment Center (SSTC) in Ludlow, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated, multidisciplinary team providing critical care to individuals facing substance use challenges.

As a Nurse at SSTC, you'll be at the forefront of providing vital medical and addiction care to individuals committed under MGL Chapter 123, Section 35. Your expertise will play a key role in supporting our mission to stabilize and guide individuals toward recovery, while helping them take steps toward a better quality of life. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of those facing substance use disorders (SUDs) while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including health assessments, medication administration, and clinical support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health and wellness, addiction recovery, and self-care strategies.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and health status in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure compliance with medical and safety regulations, providing a high standard of care at all times.

• Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m.

• Competitive Salary: LPN salary range: $72,352.80 - $88,543.53; RN salary range: $94,485.81 - $.
