Data Entry Clerk
Our dealership has an opening for a Data Entry Clerk. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. This individual must be reliable, professional, likable, and ready to make a move toward a long-term career and not just another job. Our dealership is a family, and we treat each employee as such.
Responsibilities- Post and scan parts/service tickets
- Stock in vehicles
- Count money drawers, complete bank deposits
- Take bank deposits, other errands as needed
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Filing/shredding
- Other duties as needed
- Must be professional in appearance with excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to handle busy phones
- Must be proficient with computers and have general office knowledge
- Must be comfortable handling money
- Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
