We're partnered with a well-established, multidisciplinary engineering and architecture firm that has been serving communities across Texas for more than 40 years. With a reputation for long-term stability, a collaborative culture, and a strong investment in its employees, this firm offers architects the opportunity to work on meaningful public and private sector projects alongside engineers, surveyors, and other design professionals.
As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to add Architects and Senior Architects to their in‑house architecture team.
Responsibilities- Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents, specifications, and permit packages.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and consultants on multidisciplinary projects.
- Manage client relationships, project schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor Architectural Designers and junior team members.
- Participate in client meetings and support business development as the architecture practice continues to expand.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect (RA) preferred;
Architectural Designers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency with Revit and construction document production.
- Strong understanding of building codes, permitting, and project coordination.
- Municipal, commercial, educational, civic, or public-sector project experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Established Texas firm with 40+ years of success and no history of layoffs.
