CHI St. Luke s Health Memorial in Lufkin, TX, is actively seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist with ERCP capabilities for a full-time locum position at their inpatient facility, with a planned start date of January 1, 2026. This opportunity is open to one or two locums, and coverage can be provided on one- or two-week stretches.
Position Overview:
- Facility: CHI St. Luke s Health Memorial Lufkin, 1201 W Frank Ave, Lufkin, TX 75904
- Setting:
Inpatient only (No outpatient work) - Required Procedures:
Standard GI procedures such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and ERCP - FTE: 1 Full-Time Position
- EMR:
Currently using Paragon, with plans to switch to EPIC later in 2026 - Support Staff:
Endoscopy-trained GI nursing staff for procedures - Reason for Coverage:
Permanent GI physician is leaving
