Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is one of four Lockheed Martin business areas. We are experiencing growth and seeking a Test Engineer for our Lufkin, TX site.
The ATE Test Engineer will support the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Line-of-Business, ensuring the seamless operation of test systems and providing technical support, test equipment improvements, and troubleshooting expertise.
As the ATE Test Engineer, you will support test systems, provide technical expertise, and drive improvements to test equipment and software, using Test Stand, LabVIEW, and CVI to control signal generation and measurement tools, conduct Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and functional testing.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Upgrading and supporting test equipment hardware and software as needed.
- Analyzing failures associated with test equipment and providing recommended solutions.
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving test equipment issues.
- Collaborating with production teams to maintain test equipment uptime and support troubleshooting.
- Proficient with National Instruments LabVIEW and Test Stand.
- Experience with verification and validation of test equipment for DoD products.
- Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
