Manufacturing Professional - Equipment Maintenance
As a Manufacturing Professional - Equipment Maintenance, you will be supporting the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of all stationary and mobile equipment across the facility. You will be coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor and purchasing processes, and ensuring operational readiness through strong communication, planning, and technical oversight.
ResponsibilitiesUsing Ariba to request purchase orders, process invoices, and make goods receipts.
Using Oracle to plan maintenance orders, warehouse parts, and process planned parts orders.
Using Oracle to set up new equipment and plan preventative maintenance for stationary and mobile equipment.
Coordinating with the Manufacturing Engineering team to determine strategic spare parts.
Sourcing parts and services to support maintenance needs.
Using the HICX system to set up and maintain vendor information.
Using the Intelex system to coordinate EHS efforts related to safety concerns, repairs, compliance tracking, and OSHA requirements.
Coordinating maintenance warehouse activities such as inventory levels, part locations, and organization.
Communicating effectively regarding equipment needs and operational statuses.
Communicating changes to critical equipment statuses, including preventative maintenance schedules and breakdowns.
Scheduling outside services for equipment and facility repairs.
Managing contractor scopes of work and permitting requirements.
Coordinating shipping and receiving for maintenance logistics and creating needs.
Maintaining ISO and company compliance for purchasing vendor management, preventative maintenance, and calibrations.
Coordinating with maintenance and shop personnel to determine best practices and solutions for complex repair needs.
Have a four‑year degree plus two years of experience in a technical or maintenance background with knowledge of computer operating systems.
Have a two‑year degree with at least four years of experience in a technical or maintenance background with knowledge of computer operating systems.
Have a minimum of eight years of experience working directly in an industrial maintenance program with knowledge of computer operating systems.
This position requires current work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to provide or continue work authorization sponsorship for this role.
