Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Job Details

• Work in a physical therapy department,

• Day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,

• Twelve-week contract assignment,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience required,

• Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable,

• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of start,

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius,

• Travelers who have worked as permanent staff at a CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible,

• Requested time off must be less than 1 week,

• US Social Security Number required; no Canadian SIN accepted,
