Synergy Care is looking for Occupational Therapists for PRN positions at our SNF in Lufkin, TX. We are building our PRN roster for this facility.

Qualifications

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist Assistant or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification, and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant.

Certification is maintained by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.

Currently certified in the state(s) in which practicing.
