The Clinical Therapist provides outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups within the Connections Counseling practice. This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful caseload while working within a collaborative team that values consultation, professional growth, and high-quality care.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to clients of Connections Counseling & Psychological Services
• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other members of a client’s treatment team when clinically appropriate
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations
• Maintain professional licensure and adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

Our goal is to create an environment where therapists feel supported rather than isolated in their clinical work.

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum of three years post-licensure experience preferred
• Experience in private practice or outpatient settings preferred
• Ability to maintain professional documentation and ethical clinical practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Established clinical specialty or niche (children, trauma, anxiety, grief, etc.)
• In-network status with BCBS
