American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg-Telemetry RN for a 12-week day shift assignment requiring BLS, ACLS, PALS, and prior MS/Tele/Wound Care experience.

• 45-bed Med/Surg/Telemetry unit
• Day shift, 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Floating required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Block scheduling possible
• EMR: MEDHOST

• Active TX or compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
• 1+ years of recent experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry/Wound Care required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days in the past 12 months

• Dark navy blue scrubs required
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Holiday blackout period December 24-25
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
