Certified Medication Aide is a full-time position that requires a strong sense of compassion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• Assist with medication administration, including accurately calculating and preparing medications, and maintaining accurate records
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding and toileting
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including ensuring that all infection control protocols are followed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document all care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Currently certified as a Medication Aide in the state of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living environment
