Position Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Dayforce HRIS Analyst to manage, support, and optimize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is responsible for ensuring accurate HR data management, system reliability, and compliance while providing technical expertise to support HR operations, system enhancements, and business acquisitions.
The HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and third-party providers to maintain system integrity, lead implementations and upgrades, and support end users across the organization. This role also serves as a key contributor to payroll-related initiatives focused on accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the HRIS, including system updates, configurations, data integrity, and user access
Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate resources
Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and third-party providers to ensure system integrations and data transfers function correctly
Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Conduct regular data audits and ensure compliance with data protection regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency
Collaborate with HR teams to implement system and process changes and ensure successful adoption
Provide training and ongoing support to HR staff and end users on HRIS functionality and best practices
Lead the implementation of new HRIS features, modules, and upgrades, including planning, testing, and deployment
Participate in cross-functional project teams supporting HR initiatives and system enhancements
Serve as the technical lead for business acquisitions, managing end-to-end system configuration, employee onboarding, and post-integration audits
Act as a subject matter expert across HCM areas including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Integrations & Data Architecture, Forms, XML, Workflows, Talent, Development, and Compensation
Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS processes, configurations, and user guides
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HRIS-focused role
- Proven working knowledge of Dayforce
- Strong technical skills and solid understanding of HR systems and HR processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagram-based instructions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
