• Develop repair quotations (labor, material, services) using appropriate pricing methodology
• Manage RFQs and budgetary quotes, including identifying required parts and services based on customer inputs
• Review engineering evaluations and validate repair scope, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Operations to gather inputs and resolve gaps in technical scope
• Track and prioritize active quotes to meet turnaround expectations and business priorities
• Validate lead times, scope inclusions, and proposal quality prior to release
• Provide support to Sales and engage customers as needed for clarification and/or customer witness points
• Identify and drive improvements in quoting processes, tools, and pricing consistency
• Maintain on‑site visibility in the repair shop to monitor progress and ensure alignment between quoted scope and repair execution timing
• Support repair order entry, change order management, and spare parts quoting as volume dictates

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED.
• Have a high degree of experience in Microsoft Office platforms including Excel, with preferred experience in Oracle and ability to utilize internally developed systems (New Order Workflow, Deal Machine).
• Have experience in industrial equipment, repair services, or technical quoting (preferred).
• Have strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret mechanical systems, parts lists, and technical drawings.
• Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
