• Developing repair quotations (labor, material, services) using appropriate pricing methodology.
• Managing RFQs and budgetary quotes, including identifying required parts and services based on customer inputs.
• Reviewing engineering evaluations and validating repair scope, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinating across Sales, Engineering, and Operations to gather inputs and resolve gaps in technical scope.
• Tracking and prioritizing active quotes to meet turnaround expectations and business priorities.
• Validating lead times, scope inclusions, and proposal quality prior to release.
• Providing support to Sales and engaging customers as needed for clarification and/or customer witness points.
• Identifying and driving improvements in quoting processes, tools, and pricing consistency.
• Maintaining on‑site visibility in the repair shop to monitor progress and ensure alignment between quoted scope and repair execution timing.
• Supporting with repair order entry, change order management, and spare parts quoting as volume dictates.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED.
• High degree of experience in Microsoft Office platforms, including Excel, with preferred experience in Oracle, and ability to utilize internally developed systems (New Order Workflow, Deal Machine).
• Experience in industrial equipment, repair services, or technical quoting (preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret mechanical systems, parts lists, and technical drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
