Manufacturing Engineer Associate - Early Career

• Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing operators.
• Develop, implement, and document manufacturing processes for electronic and electromechanical assemblies.
• Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to reduce costs and improve production yields.
• Define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence.
• Develop statistical process control approaches and integrate reporting and data analytics solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to support up to 10% overtime annually.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Provide engineering solutions to medium‑complexity problems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Wire harness or electronic assembly experience.
• Team collaboration and cross‑functional team work.

This position requires a secret clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Work is performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The schedule is 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Night shift – second shift.

Lockheed Martin supports alternate work schedules, including standard 40-hour week and condensed schedules.
