* You will be the Production Planning and Control Sr Mgr for the Manufacturing Planning & Control team  Our team is responsible for end‑to‑end manufacturing resource planning, material management, and production scheduling across multiple job functions

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Production Planning and Control Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group that drives manufacturing efficiency and inventory optimization

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Manage multiple manufacturing planning, material management and MRP transactions  Make, Buy, BOM, MPS  

+ Oversee production‑system integrity and implement inventory‑optimization strategies to reduce cost

+ Develop and maintain production schedules, recovery plans, and ramp‑to‑rate plans

+ Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions for a team of 50  employees

+ Partner with warehousing and shipping functions to ensure seamless material flow

Demonstrated leadership and/or project management experience

Previous experience with manufacturing resource planning and/or production scheduling

* Previous experience in:

 Leading large teams of 50  employees

 Developing production schedules, recovery plans, and ramp to rate plans

 DOD contract manufacturing

 5  of manufacturing experience

 Warehousing and material management experience

 Lean manufacturing training/certifications

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
