Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Lufkin, TX
Start Date: 07-13-2026
End Date: 10-12-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 18:00-07:00, every other weekend and holidays required
Hours per Week: 36
Roles & Responsibilities- Provide compassionate care to patients with CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, CKD, and other medical conditions
- Monitor telemetry strips and respond to changes in patient status
- Collaborate with charge nurses, house supervisors, and nurse educators to ensure optimal outcomes
- Float to all med/surg units as needed to support the team
- Work with patient care technicians (PCTs) to deliver coordinated care
- Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Med/surg nursing for CHF, diabetes, PNA, CKD
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Time management and adaptability

Requirements- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
