As a CNA, you will provide hands‑on patient care, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and play a critical role in ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity in a skilled nursing setting.

- Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
- Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
- Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations.
- Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection‑controlled environment.
- Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly.
- Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training.
- Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
- Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required).
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and patient‑first mindset.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
