Critical Care Nurse

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high‑quality care that impacts patients’ well‑being and recovery. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

• Assess patients upon admission and ongoing, identifying and reporting changes in condition.
• Design, direct, evaluate, and document care plans, including patient/family teaching and discharge planning.
• Prepare patients physically, psychologically, and spiritually for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies.
• Implement patient safety initiatives and protocols, including medication safety and physician orders.
• Reassess patients at appropriate intervals, modify interventions as needed, and adjust care accordingly.
• Provide and receive accurate bedside shift reports to establish continuity of care.

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher; RN license.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations.
• Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• Basic Life Support – CPR certification within 14 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

$30.70 – $46.82 per hour.
