Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a 7-on/7-off schedule. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and families to ensure continuity of care.
Required are an RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years’ RN experience (hospice/home health preferred). Proficiency with computers and MS Office is expected, with a compassionate approach to patients and families.
