The RN Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director of Nursing in administering, directing and coordinating all activities of nursing services, to ensure we are meeting the nursing needs of the residents.
The successful candidate will:- Be an integral part of the nursing leadership team
- Be driven, flexible and able to make the nursing team successful
- Lead the infection control and employee health programs.
- Monitor and establish processes which result in five star clinical care.
- Have prior tenure in a facility that has obtained good state survey results.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the aspects of managing a skilled nursing unit.
- Assume duties of the Director during his/her absence
- Possess strong ethical values
- Show the ability to model MRC's ICARE values of integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence on a daily basis.
