Are there Nurse Aides on this unit/Ratios: PCTs are present 12/1 RT/Equipment (ie CPAP, BiPAP, High Flow): CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow patients Shifts & Scheduling: 12 hour shifts scheduling is by manager, cannot guarantee block scheduling.
