American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg-Telemetry RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring at least 1 year of recent MS/Tele/Wound Care experience and a TX or compact RN license.

• Work in a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit within a 45-bed hospital facility
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Night shift schedule from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM with schedule variability
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required
• Uses MEDHOST EMR

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• 1+ years of recent Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Wound Care experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

• Provide nursing care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients including wound care management
• Dress code requires dark navy blue scrubs
• RTO blackout period from 12/24 to 12/25
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates within the 50-mile radius will not be considered
• Previous CHS facility perm staff employees within the past 2 years will not be considered for this travel position
