Role:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing in-home pediatric care in Lufkin TX.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services based on prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and potential issues.
- Currently licensed as an LVN in the practicing state.
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills; ability to deliver compassionate patient care; adherence to safety and health protocols.
