American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac PCU/Stepdown position requiring cardiac drip titration experience and a TX or compact RN license.

• Cardiac PCU/Stepdown unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Cath lab recovery/observation unit
• Day shift schedule, 7a-7p, every other weekend
• Uses Paragon EMR
• 13-week contract

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Cardiac drip titration experience required
• Experience pulling sheaths and monitoring sites required
• General med/surg patient knowledge required

• Provide care for cardiac stepdown and cath lab recovery patients
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility
• Candidates may not have been directly employed by any Common Spirit-affiliated facility, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year
• PRN employment through outside staffing firms is acceptable
