You will be the Multi-functional Quality Sr Mgr for the Quality Leadership Team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class quality, reliability, test, and inspection excellence across multiple programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi-functional Quality Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading and integrating quality functions to drive superior product outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead multiple functional areas in Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of subordinate staff.
- Allocate resources and assign work to maintain an effective business rhythm.
- Implement and oversee the quality management system and metrics program.
- Drive risk and opportunity management to ensure cost and product compliance.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Experience working/leading in an electronics/sub-assembly factory setting. Experience leading quality engineers and inspectors. Experience working cross functionally with senior level staff to execute operational goals. Effective communication skills (both oral and written) Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment must be able to multi-task
