* As the Multi functional Quality Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading and integrating quality functions to drive superior product outcomes

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Lead multiple functional areas in Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection

+ Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of subordinate staff

+ Allocate resources and assign work to maintain an effective business rhythm

+ Implement and oversee the quality management system and metrics program

+ Drive risk and opportunity management to ensure cost and product compliance

* Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors level degree or higher in STEM and/or equivalent experience/combined education

Demonstrated Leadership, Customer Relationship Management skills

Understanding in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

Understanding of tactical operations execution

Skills:

* Experience working/leading in an electronics/sub assembly factory setting

Experience leadings quality engineers and inspectors

Experience working cross functionally with senior level staff to execute operational goals

Effective communication skills  both oral and written

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment must be able to multi task

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
