Job Summary

Multi-functional Quality Senior Manager for the Quality Leadership Team. Responsible for delivering world‑class quality, reliability, test, and inspection excellence across multiple programs.

Lead and integrate quality functions to drive superior product outcomes.

• Lead multiple functional areas in Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of subordinate staff.
• Allocate resources and assign work to maintain an effective business rhythm.
• Implement and oversee the quality management system and metrics program.
• Drive risk and opportunity management to ensure cost and product compliance.

• Bachelor’s level degree or higher in STEM and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer relationship management skills.
• Understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Understanding of tactical operations execution.

• Experience working or leading in an electronics/sub‑assembly factory setting.
• Experience leading quality engineers and inspectors.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with senior‑level staff to execute operational goals.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Requires a U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
