Quality Assurance Engineer

Nexio Power seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to build robust quality systems for our propane truck assembly. Drive excellence in manufacturing and ensure top-tier vehicle production.

Nexio is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and oversee quality management systems at our vehicle assembly facility in Lufkin.

• Develop and implement quality management systems (ISO 9001)
• Conduct root cause analysis on production defects
• Design and execute inspection plans and test protocols
• Work with suppliers to establish incoming quality standards
• Lead quality training for production staff

• BS in Engineering or Quality Management
• 4+ years in automotive or manufacturing quality
• CQE or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, and SPC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
