Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep, Retail Support
Position Summary
Provides member service, maintains checkout area, resolves member issues, promotes Sam's Club products and services, provides guidance about self-service technology, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, follows safety standards.
Responsibilities- Follow procedures for handling merchandise and report unsafe situations.
- Maintain entrance, exit, and checkout areas, zone merchandise, and keep a safe shopping environment.
- Authenticate membership cards, review receipts, and secure Sam's Club assets and property.
- Assist in training new associates on company processes, teach new technology tools, deliver program rollouts, and provide continuous learning opportunities.
- Identify shrink and damages, comply with company policies, and execute emergency response procedures.
- Retail experience operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.

CompensationHourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Premiums up to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
