Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

The associate will ensure compliance with company policies, manage inventory and forklift operations, provide member service, uphold safety standards, and support club pick‑up orders under Walmart/Sam's Club standards.

• Apply the Open Door Policy and company ethics in all processes.
• Operate a forklift in accordance with company standards to safely pick up, move, and place merchandise pallets.
• Maintain inventory flow by receiving stock, organizing supplies, and completing required paperwork.
• Provide member service, acknowledging members, assisting with self‑service technology, and resolving member issues.
• Conduct safety sweeps, comply with hazardous‑material procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the sales floor presentation, zone areas, stock and rotate merchandise, and manage promotions.
• Assist in club pick‑up orders, ensuring accurate pick‑ups and staging within required time frames.
• Use inventory tools to track goods, control shrinkage, and report poor practices.
• Proactively identify customers needing assistance, especially with technology services, and help resolve issues.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Minimum age 18 years.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
