Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions;
Assists management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training associates;
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors and maintains the sales floor;
Maintains safety of the facility and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and safety practices;
Maintains merchandise presentation and quality, including signing and pricing, inventory control, and replenishment.
