• Guaranteed base pay of $15 / hr, plus performance bonuses, with yearly earnings typically between $50,000 and $60,000; top promoters can earn $70,000+ per year
• Uncapped bonuses

In this position, you will:

• Approach and engage potential customers at big box retail stores and events
• Initiate conversations and help customers arrange free in-home consultations on a product of their choice
• Promote our company products and services
• Provide an excellent customer experience

• Must have weekend availability
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in working with the public
• Retail and customer service experience welcomed
• Face-to-face marketing, brand ambassador, lead generation, or appointment setting experience is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation; role may require traveling to multiple locations in a day, including community events, some not near public transit
