Entry-level applicants will begin with a $25,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional commissions once fully trained.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Return all phone messages promptly.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Must obtained within 30 days of hire. Licensing assistance available.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
