Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Up to our average Retail Sales Representative's can make up to $50,000/yr - $60,000K/yr but our Top Reps can make up to $70,000+ per year!

Full-Time | W2 Employee

• Guaranteed base pay of $15 per hour, plus performance bonuses where you can earn between $50,000 and $60,000 per year; top performers can make up to $70,000+ per year.

• Approach and engage potential customers at big box retail stores and events.
• Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in-home consultations on a product of their choice.
• Promote our company products and services.
• Provide excellent customer experience.

• Must have weekend availability.
• Fun and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and genuine liking for working with the public.
• Retail and customer service experience welcomed.
• Face-to-face marketing, brand ambassador, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation as this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
