We are seeking a dependable and experienced Aerobic System Technician / Plumber to install, service, maintain, and repair aerobic septic systems and related plumbing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with aerobic treatment units (ATUs), pumps, aerators, control panels, and wastewater treatment systems.
Responsibilities- Install and maintain aerobic septic systems and components.
- Diagnose and repair pumps, aerators, alarms, control panels, and spray systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide effective solutions.
- Read and interpret system layouts, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and environmental regulations.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding system operation and maintenance needs.
- Previous experience with aerobic septic systems required.
- Plumbing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of pumps, electrical controls, and wastewater treatment systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components.
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
