Pilgrim’s is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead teams in essential maintenance across buildings and plant systems. You will supervise painting, structural repairs, electrical, heating and ventilation work, and the installation and service of mechanical equipment.
The role requires strong knowledge of refrigeration, PLCs, electrical controls, and a hands-on approach to keep production equipment at peak performance. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential.
