* Job Responsibilities:

* * Install, repair, and maintain overhead electrical power lines, poles, transformers, and other related equipment.

* Perform work from heights on utility poles, aerial lifts, and other elevated structures, adhering to strict safety protocols.

* String and sag wire, install crossarms, insulators, and other line hardware.

* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.

* Work with various types of conductors, including copper, aluminum, and fiber optic cables.

* Operate heavy equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other utility vehicles.

* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations and industry best practices.

* Participate in emergency call-out rotations and respond to power outages as needed.

* Mentor and train less experienced crew members.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

* Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and the public.

Job Qualifications:

* * High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Aerial Lineman.

* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

* Extensive knowledge of electrical theory, safety practices, and utility construction standards.

* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

* Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing poles, and performing strenuous manual labor.

* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.

* First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

* Ability to travel and work extended hours as required.
