Bonuses:
Retention and safety
Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral: $50 every week of your referred driver's first year, $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & RouteMain Driving Region:
Hauling refrigerated freight from Pilgrims, plant to plant, plant to warehouse transfers
5 day work week with a 6th day every other week or when the plants running
2 loads per day: 400-500 miles per day/ 2200+ per week
Home Time:
Home daily!
At least 21 years old
CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
