Start Your Trucking Career Today – Class A CDL OTR Trainee Drivers Wanted

Are you ready to hit the road and start building a long‑term, rewarding career in trucking? If you’ve recently earned your Class A CDL (within the last 2 years), we have a great opportunity to launch your career with a company that’s committed to helping you succeed.

Breaking into trucking without experience can be tough—but not with us. Our comprehensive training program ensures you’ll get the hands‑on experience you need to succeed. We’re currently hiring new drivers who are ready to embark on a stable and rewarding journey.

Start your career with 4 weeks of paid over‑the‑road (OTR) training. During this time, you’ll earn $650 per week while gaining invaluable experience traveling across the country. You’ll be paired with a trainer for the first 30 days to refine your skills and get comfortable on the road. No home time during training.

Once you’ve completed training, you’ll meet with a terminal manager to choose an available route. We offer OTR, with home time every 10–14 days. Regional routes with more frequent home time are often available. Local positions may be offered later but are not typically available right after training.

• At least 21 years old
• Hold a valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical
• Have completed a minimum 120‑hour program at an accredited CDL school in the past 2 years
• Pass all required DOT screenings, background checks, and employment verifications
• Provide accident records (past 5 years) and traffic violations (past 3 years)

We have 23 openings for entry‑level drivers across dry van, reefer, and flatbed divisions. Want to expand your skills? We offer free 5‑day flatbed training for drivers interested in this type of work. No contracts required, and you can transfer between divisions as opportunities arise.

You’ll be driving newer Freightliner trucks, many with automatic transmissions, for an easy, smooth ride.

After training, drivers typically earn $1,300–$1,600+ per week, depending on their route and division. You’ll also enjoy full benefits starting after 30 days, including:
