For Firm Consulting AG is looking for a Consultant with a banking background to join our team in Lugano and support a Core Platform implementation project for a financial institution client. You will work within a structured project environment, managing account opening processes and static data quality under senior supervision.

• Loading and maintaining account data on Core Platform based on client standard files, with per-account customisations
• Performing quality controls and reconciliations on static data
• Managing data inconsistencies in coordination with IT and business stakeholders
• Operating according to defined standards and procedures throughout the project

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting or banking operations
• Exposure to core banking systems or structured data management projects
• Fluent French — mandatory
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, able to work autonomously
• Knowledge of account opening processes or KYC is a plus
