The selected candidate, in collaboration with the other members of the Client Administration team, will carry out the following activities:
- Due Diligence checks: verifying the consistency of the information provided by prospective clients with contractual documentation, performing KYC checks, and approving account openings for clients classified as low risk
- Account opening, maintenance, and closure: document verification, account setup in banking systems, management of missing documentation, assignment/modification of user conditions, document filing, and signature verification
- FATCA and CRS reporting: performing recurring checks on relevant static data for FATCA and CRS purposes
- E-banking management: opening and managing contracts, help desk support, credential renewal, modification of user access, and updates to active services
- Providing customer support in all cases requiring bank intervention, in line with internal policies and procedures
- Mail handling service: managing internal mail and sorting it according to procedures
- Collaboration with the Private Banking team for client contact requests in specific situations
- Managing correspondence with clients in cases not handled automatically via e-banking
- Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
- 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding/management activities in a banking environment
- Commitment, resilience, and teamwork orientation, along with the ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory); knowledge of French and German is considered a plus
- Experience in start‑up or ramp‑up environments
- Familiarity with the Avaloq banking system and project methodologies is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively on assigned tasks, taking responsibility at every stage
- Humble, flexible, and hands‑on approach to problem solving, with a strong team player mindset
- Genuine interest in financial markets
A full‑time permanent employment contract is offered, with an initial gross annual salary of CHF 90,000. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
