Licensing & Publications Sales Coordinator

For an international organisation operating in the medical and scientific sector, based in Lugano, we are looking for a

• Support sales activities related to sponsor ships, publications, reprints and licences
• Manage enquiries and follow up with clients, partners and agencies
• Prepare and follow up on agreements, contracts, sales orders and invoicing
• Support the distribution of print and digital publications
• Coordinate activities with internal departments and external suppliers
• Provide administrative and organisational support for events and sponsored initiatives
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of activities, orders and expenses

• Relevant degree or at least 2 years of professional experience in sales support, sales or distribution
• Fluent English (C-level proficiency or native speaker), both written and spoken
• Excellent organisational, communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical or similar sector is an advantage
• Knowledge of Net Suite, SharePoint or Power BI is a plus
• Valid permit to work in Switzerland
