As a Shift Lead
, you’ll help ensure your team’s productivity and safety during each shift.

$18.00/hr.

A1 Saturday-Monday 600am - 600pm

• Work with the On‑Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best serve local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements in a timely and legible manner on the proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues locally, in conjunction with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility.
• Check to make sure loads are secure.
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all industrial power equipment are performed.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely, and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• 1 year of supervisor or lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

• Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and airborne particulates.
• Repetitive body positioning: bending, stooping, walking, turning, pivoting, and standing for entire shifts of varying lengths.
• Forklift operators are required to sit for long periods.
• Noise level varies by location.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required: eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes.
• Specific vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. and 75 lbs.
