The ideal candidate will maintain factory testing standards while effectively communicating and managing a book of business. This role requires a self motivated individual who can build strong customer relationships and drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment on a repetitive basis.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow a personal book of business through consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
- Maintain factory testing standards to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve company sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic and motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work effectively in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience in managing a book of business or customer portfolio is preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining factory testing and product standards.

- Competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
