Position Description

We are hiring a full-time, experienced NCCCO/NCCER Certified Crane Operator with a valid Class A CDL to safely drive, set up, and operate a mobile hydraulic crane across our regional project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive & Transport
  :
  Safely drive crane trucks, trailers, and support equipment to and from job sites.
• Setup & Rigging
  :
  Inspect site conditions, set outriggers, and manage rigging equipment.
• Lift Operations
  :
  Operate hydraulic boom cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials.
• Daily Inspections
  :
  Run pre‑operation safety checks and document mechanical or structural issues.
• Compliance
  :
  Adhere to all OSHA, ASME, and federal DOT transportation regulations.

Position Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Licensing
  :
  Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Certification
  :
  Active NCCCO or NCCER crane operator certification.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 1–3 years operating hydraulic or mobile cranes.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficient in reading load charts and interpreting hand signals.
