Information Helpdesk & Switchboard Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for Robeson Community College students, prospective students, families, visitors, employees, and community members. Provides professional, welcoming assistance in person and by telephone, helping individuals navigate College programs, services, resources, and processes. Maintains knowledge of curriculum, Continuing Education, Workforce Development, and College services; provides general information and basic student-record guidance within authorized access;
assists with routine processes; and connects individuals with appropriate departments or staff when additional assistance is needed. Final date to receive applications:
August 31, 2026.
