Program Director, Business and Information Technologies (Hybrid Position)

Robeson Community College is seeking a dynamic and experienced educational leader to serve as the Program Director of Business and Information Technologies
. This position provides administrative leadership for academic programs, oversees curriculum planning and assessment, supports faculty, teaches courses, and collaborates with Student Support Services to promote student recruitment, retention, completion, and success.

A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related field with the credentials to teach in one of the programs in the department.

Minimum of three years of experience in a higher education setting

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, instructional, organizational, and communication skills while fostering excellence in teaching and learning.
