This hybrid Lead role is designed for clinicians who want to shape quality standards, mentor emerging therapists, and play a meaningful role in clinic growth — without giving up hands‑on pediatric care.

This is not just a title. You’ll receive structured opportunities to supervise, mentor, and contribute to operational decisions.

• 2–3 days onsite:
  Evaluations, advanced clinical work, team leadership
• 2 days remote:
  Telehealth, supervision, and documentation, strategic initiatives
