• Schedule:
  
  7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Position:
  Full‑time Baylor RN
• Workdays:
  Every weekend plus one weekday shift
• Starting Pay: $29 per hour
• Premium Pay: 25% additional on base pay, including $3 weekend shift differential

• Administer medications and document treatments accurately
• Maintain secure drug storage and medication rooms
• Assess and report changes in resident conditions
• Perform essential procedures: catheter care, dressing changes, respiratory treatments
• Supervise the nursing team and foster a positive, supportive environment

• Graduate of an accredited RN program or college
• Current RN license in North Carolina
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Preferred: 2 years of RN experience

• Physical exertion including pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds)
• Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching
• Assisting in safe repositioning and transferring of residents
